do exercises like push up
drink a lot of water
only eat friuts
before exercises drink honey in warm water

drink more water 
no sugar
less salt
avoid oily food
take one glass light warm water add one or two spoons and drink it also you can add lemon into water instead of honey.
do exercise like running or jogging  twice a day
and do skipping rope also.
