Answer -

The metal that cannot be obtained by electrolysis of an aqueous solution of its salts is Ca. This is because, the standard reduction potential for the reduction of water is higher than that for the reduction of Ca^{2+}Ca 2+ . Hence, water has much greater tendency to get reduced than Ca^{2+}Ca 2+ ion . Hence, at cathode, water will be preferentially reduced to form hydrogen gas and hydroxide ions.
