can i get AIDS by sharing food with an infected person? and why?

no you wont get aids by sharing food. aids can spread when u take blood , or take any organ etc

no you cannot get AIDS by sharing food with an infected person it can bre affected by exchange of blood because virus is not affected by sharing food
