can it be divided or it can't at the Numerator is in root and the denominator is a normal number ? ​

 \frac{ \sqrt{14} }{2}  =  \frac{ \sqrt{2} \times  \sqrt{7}  }{ \sqrt{2}  \times  \sqrt{2} }  =  \frac{ \sqrt{7} }{ \sqrt{2} }
