Macavity even though has committed many crimes and has been accused many times for these crimes. But the time investigators starts investigating the crimes to collect evidence, Macavity gets some where else and gets out of range.

because macavity is much faster than the investigators she was not able to find by them at the place of the crime.
she also does not leave any evidence at the place of crime
