Jean beptiste lamark proposed that morphological changes occurring in an organism are the reasons for its evolution for eg. Giraffes neck would not have been so long but due to consumption of leaves on tall tree resulted in enlarging of his neck
Similarly due to frequent hammering shoulder of black Smith became strong
