We are given that :
Initial velocity (u) = 15 m/s
Final velocity (v) = 0m /s
time (t) = 0.1sec
Acceleration (a) = ?
We can apply 1st equation of motion here:
v = u +at
0= 15 + a(0.1)
0 = 15 + 0.1a
- 15 = 0.1 a
a = -150 m/s ²
Mass = 150 gm => 0.15 kg
Force = > ma
= > (0.15)(-150)
Force => -225 Newton.
