Yes this technology is available in some models of Refrigerator nowadays.

The fridge is equipped with cameras which keeps track of the items kept inside,these cameras are connected with an app which he user installs in his/her App. In some models the App is displayed on the fridge door itself which is equipped with touchscreens.
