[a² + b² + 2ab = (a + b)²]

==> (2 + √3)²

If x = (2 + √3)², then √x = (2 + √3)

Putting the values in √x + 1/√x

==> (2 + √3) + (1/2 + √3)

==> (2 + √3) + [(1/2 + √3) * (2 - √3)/(2 - √3)]

==> (2 + √3) + [(2 - √3)/1]

==> 2 + √3 + 2 - √3

==> 4

Hence, the value of √x + 1/√x = 4.
