Given ratio of these three denominations = 2:3:5
Let no. of Rs 100 notes = 2x
Rs 50 notes = 3x
Rs 10 notes = 5x
Cash made by Rs 100 notes = Rs 100*2x
Cash made by Rs 50 notes = Rs 50*3x
Cash made by Rs 10 notes = Rs 10*5x
Total cash Lakshmi has = Rs 4,00,000
Therefore
100*2x + 50*3x + 10*5x = 4,00,000
200x + 150x + 50x = 4,00,000
400x = 400000
x = 1000
No. of Rs 100 notes = 2*1000 = 2000
No. of Rs 50 notes = 3*1000 = 3000
No. of Rs 10 notes = 5*1000 = 5000
