Ironing is reversible change as while ironing we provide heat to our clothes and after ironing, this given heat is radiated slowly by our clothes into atmosphere. This happens because every thing has to achieve equilibrium or we can say stable state, so after the piece of cloth radiates all the heat, it comes to the room temperature that is the temperature of its surroundings. so, thus it attains equilibrium by radiating heat.
so, it is a reversible reaction

The clothes can be made to be wrinkled again to get to the same condition as before.

However, it is extremely improbable that the condition of the clothes be exactly the same as the original unironed shirt.
beacause of an irreversible change is when substance is changes to a different substance and can't be changed back into its original substance.
