we cannot stir silver nitrate solution with a copper spoon because, copper is more reactive then silver . Thus it would displace silver form the silver nitrate solution forming copper nitrate.

No, we shouldn't do this..
Cuso4 will be formed because here a displacement reaction will be triggered since more reactive metal or elements displace less reactive..
Hence Cu displaces Zn..
