We can't use them simultaneously because -----
Kindly means doing a kind request to someone for doing that work.
Please means we are requesting someone for doing work.
Both have same meanings that's why not using both of them simultaneously.

When kindly and please , both words are used in the same sense or requesting someone, then we do not use both words simultaneously...

wrong:  kindly please do this.

When kindly is used to request, and "please " is used as a verb, then they can be used simultaneously in the same sentence.

Also, both can be used  in a compound sentence in different clauses.

Kindly  do this if it pleases you.

Please do this and when you finish it, kindly do not forget to call me.

kvnmurty: clik on thanks.
