Can you name an organism with spore formation as a resting stage rather than asexual mode of reproduction

An organism which reproduces by spore formation on resting stage is a Rhizophus. Rhizophus has multiple number of spores stores in a Bob like structure called sporangium. On maturation, these sporangiums break and spread everywhere giving rise to New organisms where they find favourable conditions.
