can you please help me to describe why the cell formed named daughter cell
Answers
Hi,
Firstly everything that has discovered until now they are discovered by humans.
We know that birth is generally a process that females only have and that is what happened I think. The first cell division process that was discovered is mitosis and further meiosis discovered. As you know in mitosis and meiosis a cell is divided into two cells and four cells respectively that will surely divide into more cells and as I have already said mothers can only give birth. Although these processes found in both males and females as we know very clearly. But this division irrespective of the individual's sex produces cells that is preferencially called 'Daughter cells’ because they are going to divide divide and divide again and “ONLY A DAUGHTER CAN PRODUCE OFFSPRINGS” so scientists preferred to say them “Daughter cells’’.
Lets assume that we call them “son cells’’. This is not very perfect as this word shows that they may don't have capacity to divide.
So it's better to called them “DAUGHTER CELLS’ and let them divide as in our case a daughter grow, mature and produce young ones.
Hope it helps you!!!!
