Given,

AB= 6√3 cm

AC= 12 cm

BC= 6 cm

 \sin(a)  =  ( \frac{6}{12} )  \\   \sin(a)  =  \frac{1}{2}  \\  \sin(a)  =  \sin(30)  \\ a = 30

=AB2 + BC2 = AC2

i.e. sides of the triangle ABC satisfy the Pythagoras theorem

(hypotenuse)2 = (base)2 + (perpendicular)2

therefore, ABC is a right angled triangle

Now,

BC = 1/2 AC

By Converse of 30,60,90 triangle theorem

In right angled triangle if one side is half of the hypotenuse then the angle opposite to side is 30

therefore,angle A is 30
