Cells which produce and secrete chemical substance are called Grandular Epithelial cells.

These cells are specialized in making glands from the infoldings of epithelial cells.  

For example, skin epithelial cells have sebaceous glands which produce sweat. Stomach epithelial cells produce a lot of gastric juices and enzymes that plays a role in digestion.
