cellulose is not digested by humans because cellulose is a very complex material and to breakdown it we dont have our intestine large.
herbivores animal have very large intestine than us thats y in them digestion of cellulose is possible
humans does not have a that type pf body structure which is needed to digest cellulose
humans does not have the capacity to digest more amount of cellulose
