It is a three carbon alcohol (branching not considered), so root word is prop

It contains an alcohol functional group and a double bond.

Alcohol gets priority, so numbering starts from there.

Branching is at the first carbon atom.

Hence IUPAC name is:-

1-Methylprop-2-en-1-ol

HOPE THIS HELPS!!
