So, Question should be                  
                                               CH₃ 
                                                 I
                                      CH₃ - C - CH₂ - CH₂OH
                                                 I
                                               CH₃

Answer is: It's 3,3 di methyl butanol or 3,3 di methyl butane-1-ol

Note: Carbon attached to the functional group should give least number
