So the rule for Simple Present (or Present Indefinite) active voice is :-

Sub + Verb 1 + Predicate

Its Passive Form is written as

Obj + is/am/are + Verb 3rd + by + Subject

Here,

Subject = They

Verb = Watch

=> Verb 3rd = Watched

Predicate = TV everyday.


Hence, the passive form of

They watch TV everyday is :-

TV is watched by them everyday.

( While converting to passive, they changes to them)
