First I would personally ask him not to do so If he does not agree I would inform the society's chairman about the same Yet if nothing happens I would get a FIR registered against him for the same

Answer:

The Indian constitution is widely regarded as the world's thickest. It looks after all of the country's citizens and protects their fundamental rights. According to Indian law, an adult is someone who has reached the age of 18. Any person under the age of 18 is considered a child, and child labour is prohibited throughout the country.

No, we cannot hire children under the age of 14. However, there are some exceptions written:

  • children in family-owned businesses may collaborate after school and during vacations.
  • Children who act in movies, commercial breaks, or sports are also allowed to be employed.
  • It is legal for children aged 14 to 18, as long as the locations are not dangerous.  Adolescents are the legal term for children between the ages of 14 and 18.

If we see someone infract of the law, we can file a complaint with the police department or the Magistrate. Folks can also bring it to the attention of local NGOs that work with children and can take action. A complaint can also be filed by a police officer or a child labour inspector under the law. The offence is guilty of the offence, which means that a police officer can make an arrest or initiate an investigation without the need for a warrant if someone is illegally employing a child or adolescent in a hazardous job. Children who are rescued from situations where they are forced to work in violation of the law must be rehabilitated under the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act of 2015.
