THEY ARE UNEMPLOYED.(government should adopt the series of NREGA 2005 which is passed in September 2005. in this act 100 jobs are given to unemployed.

THEY HAVE NO FOOD TO EAT.(government should provide them food freely or in low prices)

THEY ARE DISCRIMINATED ON THE BASIS OF CASTE , COLOUR AND RELIGION.

THEY ARE NOT PROVIDED WITH BETTER EDUCATION AND BETTER HEALTH FACILITIES.(THEY SHOULD PROVIDED WITH EQUAL FACILITIES)

Though there are many provisions made by gov but then also here are many problems faced by lower classes like:
1)they are discriminated on the bases of casts, religion races ,colour etc.
2)they r unemployed.
3)somehow they are given equal rights by the indian constitution but even then the gov officer who are sitting in the offices are corrupt and they are illtreating the tribal or lower classes.

solution:
1)the government should keep a check on these matters.
2)there are many provisions made by the gov.which are stated in the preamble to indian constitution.
3)seats are reserved in many fields for showing their recommendable performances.
4)vocational training are also given by  the government in tribal areas
