According to me It's answer should be (A) TO PRESENT INFORMATION because Charts and graphs, especially charts, are the most important tools to represent data and developing trend in various aspects. A chart is a graphical representation of data, in which "the data is represented by symbols, such as bars in a bar chart, lines in a line chart, or slices in a pie chart. I hope you understood.
