Hey there,
Before coming on to the question you must know that=R=ρl/A
where
ρ=Specific reistance or resistivity
l=lenght of resistor
A=cross section of resistor
According to question, l=1 m, diameter=0.3 mm=3*10^-4 m, R=26Ω
ρ=RA/l
=Rπd²/4l [We have taken 4l because area is πr² or πd²/4]
=26*π*9*10^-8/4
=1.84*10^-6 Ωm
