An ideal body which emits and absorbs all frequencies of radiations is called a black body and the radiation emitted by such a body is called black body radiation. The frequency distribution of radiation emitted from a black body depends only on its temperature. At a given temperature, intensity of radiation emitted increases with decrease of wavelength, reaches a maximum value at a given wavelength and then starts decreasing.

Answer:

Every object in the world absorbs some or the other frequency of electromagnetic radiation and all the objects with the temperature above 0 Kelvin emits energy (electromagnetic radiation).

In the classical of black body radiation a blackbody is a theoretical body which absorbs and emits all frequencies of electromagnetic radiation or commonly said energy falling on it or in other words it does not reflects any frequency of electromagnetic radiation from it's surface.

The blackbody emits specific frequencies of energy in specific temperatures.

The black body radiation theory is also known as the cavity radiation theory.
