animal kingdoms are classified into 9 phylum as follows.
●phylum PORIFERA the simplest pore bearing organism. they have osculum a single large pore at one end for exit of water and ostium for absorption of water and microscopic spicules. e.g bathsponge
●phylum CNIDARIA which have a gastrovascular cavity and tentacles e.g hydra
●NEMATHELMINTHES or round worms with a coelom e.g. Ascaris lumbricoides.
●PLATYHELMINTHES or flat worms which have no body cavity.
●ANNELIDA which have segmented body .eg. ringworm
●ARTHROPODA WHICH IS THE LARGEST PHYLUM. e.g scorpion
they are further divided into:
