classify the water + starch powder into h********** and heterogeneous mixture​

Starch in water is not homogeneous and technically not a solution either. The starch doesn't dissolve instead it forms a colloid suspension but it is a bit different because the starch particles absorb some water so it forms a non newtonian fluid.
