Any action we do is a reflection of our self. Clarity in speech is reflection of our clarity in thoughts. Similarly civic sense is a reflection of what kind of moral values we have. We take utmost pride in keeping our body and our house clean but when it comes to public places, we shift the duty to goverment. It's time we rise above such kind of thoughts and take privilege in keeping Our Public places also clean
