Coal is formed due to high temperature and pressure and petroleum is formed as coal is formed due to high temperature and pressure so what is the difference between coal and petrol as they formed with nthe same process by high temperature and heat.

Here both susbstance have a same process bt petrol is in liquid nd coal is in solid state. Petrol is otained by crude oil nd coal is obtained by ore which are in beaneth the surface of the earth. So thats the difference bt petrol nd coal
