The President have the control over sending and receiving the diplomatic representatives of the country and from other countries as well. The foreign affairs, treaties and agreements are concluded in the name of the President, as he acts as the head of the state.

Apart from the power on Foreign affairs, the main power vested in the President is that of the pardoning power.
