(8) It is the duty of every person to do his work, and he has the right to get work. 

(9) On the basis of equality of rights and duties, irrespective of their religions, the people of France form the French Union.

(10) If the freedom of any person in any foreign country is violated, he can come to France and seek shelter. France can give shelter to all such persons.

(11) All French citizens enjoy equal civil and political rights.
