Compare the distribution of blood at rest and the redistribution of blood during a long distance run.

when we're at rest our body doesn't need much energy to do work and it has sufficient energy that can carry out regular functions . due to this blood pressure is quite normal as compared to the pressure while running or doing some exercise. on the other hand when we're running our body needs more energy and so more oxygen . so to meet this requirement brain orders the heart to pump faster so that oxygen will get to the places where it's needed like while running its our thing muscles which need more energy . so ,u know , it's our brain which supervises the distribution of blood in our body which works according to and to meet the requirements of his kindom:)
