complaining letter on defect led TV to dealer

Few months ago I bought a Led Tv from you Mr. Prashant but now I found a default in this television set.I don't know how you can do these type of things in dealing and if u have done it by mistake also then before sending it to my house you should check further that the television set has any default or not. I just want to say you please don't repeat it further again with any other dealers or customers because it will decrease your company's reputation. So I suggest you don't do it further again.
