A crow after a long flight took rest in a branch of a dense tree.

It was so thirsty as it had flown for a long distance.

It searched for water to satisfy quenching. It turned to it's left and right crowing.

It noticed a pitcher luckily and flew near to it.

It was so unfortunate that the water level in the pot was too low that its beak couldn't reach the water.

The pot was almost half empty.

It was smart that it decided to bring up the water level to its reachable point.

It brought the pebbles and dropped them one by one into the pot.

The water gradually began to rose up and the thirst of crow was finally quenched.
