Answer:

Cyclone Fani found its origin in a tropical depression in the "Indian Ocean" on "26 April", which intensified equivalent to Category 4 major hurricane. The state to receive the first strike of Fani was Odisha. Odisha suffered tremendous loss. The state suffered an economic loss of nearly Rs 17,000 crore and 64 people were killed in Odisha.  The districts of Srikakulam and Vizianagaram, in the state of "Andhra Pradesh", suffered some damage. Fani was supposed to strike West Bengal after hitting Odisha, but the cyclone changed its route and went to Bangladesh, where it destroyed nearly 63,000 ha of agricultural lands in "35 districts" of Bangladesh and killed 17 people.
