Blood without clotting factor is called as serum. they prevent clotting I think bcoz no clotting factor here.

Blood serum consists erythrocytes, leukocytes and thermbocytes, plasma.
Rbc helps in transport of oxygen. spleen is the graveyard for rbc.
Wbc helps in histamine and phagocytic action. They are of various types.
Plasma has 3 proteins.
