NAME THE QUADRILATERAL AS ABCD .

LET BASE BE 5 CM WHICH IS THE LINE SEGMENT AB .

SO, THE LINE SEGMENT CD IS ALSO EQUAL TO 5CM .

LET THE DIAGNOLS MEET AT O .

EACH DIAGONAL DIVIDES THE OTHER INTO TWO EQUAL HALVES .

LET THE LINE SEGMENT AC BE 6CM AND THE LINE SEGMENT BD BE 6.5 CM .

SO, THE LINE SEGMENT AO AND OC =3 CM EACH AND THE LINE SEGMENT BO AND OD =3.25 EACH .

WITH A AS CENTRE AND RADIUS 3 CM DRAW AN ARC .

WITH B AS CENTRE AND RADIUS 3.25 CM DRAW AN ARC AND CUT THE PREVIOUSLY DRAWN ARC AT O ( THE MEETING POINT OF DIAGONALS ) .

EXTENT BOTH THE LINE SEGMENTS AO AND BO TO E AND F RESPECTIVELY .

WITH O AS CENTRE AND RADIUS 3 CM DRAW AN ARC AND CUT THE LINE SEGMENT OE AT C .

WITH O AS CENTRE AND RADIUS 3.25 CM DRAW AN ARC AND CUT THE LINE SEGMENT OF AT D .

JOIN THE POINTS AND MARK THE MEASUREMENTS .

THIS IS THE REQUIRED PARALELLOGRAM ABCD .

Hope this will help u.
