draw a line segment BC of length 5 cm
draw an angle of105° on B and extend it to some point X and 80° on C and extend it to some point Y
cut an arc of 4 cm with centre B onXB and name it as A
cut an rc of 6.5 cm with center C on CY and name it D
now join AD.
so ABCD is the required quadrilateral

Answer:-

A rough sketch will help us in visualising the quadrilateral with this first and mark the measurements.

Step-1

start with talking this is good 5 centimetre and B draw an angle of 105 cm long DX locator 4cm and this we know we have BC and A

Step-2

The fourth point D is on which is increasing at 80 degree of to BC so make Angle B C Y is equal to 80 degree at sea on BC.

Step-3

This is the distance of 6.5 centimetre and CY with CY Centre draw an Arc of length 6.5 CY at D.

Step-4

Complete the quadrilateral ABCD ABCD is a quadrilateral
