Step-by-step explanation:

Let the rectangle be ABCD, where AC=BD=6.8cm and O is point of intersection of diagonals

  1. Draw AC=6.8cm
  2. Mark a point O on AC such that AO=CO=3.4cm i.e at midpoint of AC
  3. From O draw angle 105° and extend it on both sides of AC
  4. Measure 3.4cm on the compass and cut the line drawn in step 3 from O
  5. Mark the points as B and D respectively
  6. Join AB, BC, CD and DA

Hence, ABCD is the required quadrilateral.
