Given  : AB =5.8 cm and AC =7.5 cm​

To Find : construct  rhombus ABCD

Solution:

Step 1 : Draw a line segment AB = 5.8 cm

Step 2 : Using compass width = 5.8 cm and taking B as center draw an arc

Step 3 :  Using compass width = 7.5 cm and taking A as center draw an arc intersecting arc drawn in previous step at  C

Step 4 : Join BC

Step 5 :  Using compass width = 5.8 cm and taking C  as center draw an arc

Step 6 :  Using compass width = 5.8 cm and taking A as center draw an arc intersecting arc drawn in previous step at  D

Step 7 : Join AD and CD

Rhombus ABCD is constructed
