you have not mentioned which angle is 60 degree
however the angle is only required to construct the
so i am going to assume u know how to construct a triangle using two sides and one angle
thus ABC is formed
now construct the perpendicular bisector of AB
to do so taking A as the centre and radius more than half of AB
now draw an arc on one side of AB
now taking B as centre and maintaining the same radius draw an arc intersecting the arc aldready drawn
let pint of intersection be M
similarly, draw arcs on the other side of AB and let this intersection be N
join MN this is the perpendicular bisector of AB
similarly construct perpendicular bisector of BC
let this be PQ
now MN and PQ intersect at a point
let this point be O
O is the circumcentre
now taking O as the centre and OA as the radius construct a circle
this is the require circumcentre

If two circles intersect at two points, then prove that their centres lie on the perpendicular bisector of the common chord.
