For $\triangle pqr$,

$\angle q=180-70-50$

⇒$\angle q=60$°

Following steps:

• Draw a line $qr=7.3cm$ using scale.
• At $q$, draw an angle $60$° using protector like $\angle xqr=60$°

• At $r$, draw an angle $50$° using protector like $\angle yrq=50$°
• Line $qx$ and $ry$ cuts at point $p$

Now, $\triangle pqr$ is the required triangle.

• Bisect all all three sides of $\triangle pqr$ and all bisect line meet at point $o$
• $o$ as center and  $op$ as radius draw a circle which also touch the point $q$and $r$
