The ranks are having some purpose, let's know what's the purpose -:
• Support Moderator -: These Moderators deal with users who are facing problems with any feature of brainly. Like if you encounter with any bug, just report any support Moderator, they will pass the complaint to senior authorities and then further steps will be taken.
• Brainly Veteran -: Rank given to the moderators who are no more a Moderator. If any Moderator leaves a team, he/she is provided with this rank just to mark that this user was an ex-moderator.
Nowadays, both ranks aren't used a lot. No ex-moderator is provided with these ranks. So, you can report any bug to any Moderator.
Usernames of Support Moderators -:
• Zesta
• Zerodown1024
Usernames of Brainly Veterans-
• BrainHelp
