wall= L =1500cm, B = 30cm,h= 400cm,

brick = L= 22cm, B= 12.5cm, H=7.5cm

volume of wall = L×B×H

1500×30×400
= 18000000cm³

volume of 1 brick = L×B×H

22×12.5×7.5
2062.5cm³

volume of wall consists of mortar
= 1/12× volume of wall

1/12×18000000 = 1500000cm³

bricks of volume = 18000000-1500000
= 16500000cm³

number of bricks = bricks volume / volume of one brick

= 16500000cm³/2062.5cm³

= 8000

Given ,

l = 1500cm
b= 30cm
h= 4m= 400cm

________________________________________________________

➡ total volume of the wall
= l×b×h
= 1500×30×400
= 1,80,00,000 cm^3

________________________________________________________

⭕ Volume of wall containing only bricks
= total volume of the wall - volume of wall containing mortar

= 1,80,00,000 - (1,80,00,000 * 1/12)
= 1,65,00,000 cm^3

________________________________________________________

no. of bricks
= volume of wall containing bricks / volume of one brick

= 1,65,00,000 / 2062.5

= 8000 bricks.
