So,

First Evaluate the Powers,

3/1^2 = 3/1

5/1^2+2^2 = 5/1+4

7/1^2+2^2+3^2 = 7/1+4+9

Then Plus all the Denominators,

3/1 + 5/5 + 7/14

3 + 5/5 + 7/14

Divide

Therefore,

3 + 1 + 7/14

4 + 7/14

4 + 1/4

Write all numerators above the common denominator,

8+1/4

9/4 Ans.

OR

Alternative Form,

4,1/2 = 4.5 Alternative Ans.
