cosecA = 5/2, for some measure of angle A.State whether the given statement is true or false. Justify your answer.

 cosecA = \frac{5}{2}  can't be less than one hence this statement is true.

Because the minimum value of cosecA is 1. but 5/2 is greater than one hence

this statement support the argument.hence true.Or in the other point of view

if  cosecA = \frac{5}{2}  then  sinA = \frac{2}{5}  which is less

than one.We, know the maximum value of sinA is one.

which proves above statement is true.

Sin and cos of any angle lie between

- 1 and +1 .

Secant and cosecant values lie

between 1 and infinity or

between - 1 and - infinity.

Here , it is given that ,

cosec A = 5/2 = 2.5

A lies between 1 and infinity.

Therefore ,

Given statement is True.
