The poem "song of the flower" is written by the famous poet "Kahlil Gibran" in which he beautifully describes the flowers song. This poem is written in such a way that by reading it ,one's can conceived  like that is the real saying by a flower. The way poet describe the saying of a flower in the form of poem which looks like a song of flower is just aesthetical  . The poet describes who a flower is the part of nature and greenery and how it  led to spring as well as how it play it's part in autumn. Actually the flower says itself in the poem that it is "flower" who spread the fragrance and beauty.

In the poem 'Song Of The Flower',  Khalil Gibran conveys the message that man should always see the brighter side of things instead of looking at the negative aspects. Just like the flower which is a part of both joy and sorrow but always looks up towards the light instead of looking at its shadow.

The flower lives through all the seasons and enjoys their love and care, it is conceived with winter, it is born of spring, reared by the summer and ultimately sleeps in the bed of autumn. It is a star which has fallen from the blue skies on the green carpet. It participates in all the activities of nature from morning to dusk and interacts with the wind and the birds. It spreads its fragrance all around.

It is used for all occasions. It is given as a lover's gift, a wedding present or even offered as a gift to the dead. So it sees both happy and sad times but always looks up to the light.
