water pollution is one of the great prevailing problem in India nowadays. other sources there are other sources pollutions in India but water pollution is the great prevailing problem of India. in fact the 80 percentage of water the water bodies are highly polluted. Ganga and Yamuna are the most polluted rivers in India. CAUSES OF WATER POLLUTION IN INDIA:-. the single biggest reason for water pollution in India is urbanisation at an uncontrolled rate. the rate of urbanization has only gone up at the last place in the last decade of or so on. FOLLOWING REASONS ARE OTHER IMPORTANT REASONS OF INCREASING LEVEL OF WATER POLLUTION IN INDIA ,THEY ARE :-. Industrial waste. Improper practices in agriculture sector. reduction in water quality in rivers in plains. social and religious parties like dumping dead Holy river in water bottle throwing waste in water. acid rain. global warming. oil leak from ships. inadequate industrial treatment of wastes. SOLUTION OF WATER POLLUTION IN INDIA:-. following are some other ways in which this problem can be addressed adequately, they are. Cleaning up waterways and beaches.
