Describe the poet's dilemma after seeing the snake

when the poet sees the snake he gets caught between his sentiments and rationality. he gets confused, his sensibility about animals makes him adore the snake, but his knowledge about snakes and animals and his power of reasoning dominate sensibility about animals and says that snakes are poisonous and harmful therefore should be killed. this is the dilemma that poet faced after seeing the snake.
